Immunizations

Immunizations are an important part of health public, and Stafford MSD is required by state law to have on file an immunization (shot) record for each student. Students entering Stafford MSD for the first time must present written verification of the required immunizations. The statements must be validated with a doctor's signature or a clinic stamp. Parents needing help determining which vaccines their child needs for the 2017-2018 school year, and when to get the vaccines, should contact the child's doctor, an immunization clinic, or the local health department.
