Sparta Fitness

The Sparta Fitness (or Sparta Fit) program seeks to promote and support a healthy work environment, health awareness, individual responsibility for a healthy lifestyle, decreased risk of disease and enhanced quality of life for all District personnel. We invite all staff to participate in the fitness program.

Stafford residents are also invited to join!!!

Sparta Fit aims to:

  • Provide an environment that is welcoming, friendly, comfortable, clean and safe for our community;

  • Help our community achieve their fitness goals;

  • Be an educational vehicle in the field of health and wellness;

Current Offerings

Sparta Fit Zumba
 is a 60-minute cardio dance class! Shaking your hips to a hip-hop, Pop, or Latin music playlist can get your heart rate up and work your muscles in ways you wouldn't imagine. The group element of the exercise helps keep you motivated long enough to successfully burn a good chunk of calories! All fitness levels welcome; bring a friend, see you there!
